Based on more than 25 hours of never before heard interviews conducted by noted journalist Michael Azerrad for his book Come As You Are: The Story of Nirvana. The soundtrack does not contain Kurt or Nirvana's music. Artists include Arlo Guthrie, Melvins, Bad Brains, CCR, Half Japanese, the Vaselines, Butthole Surfers, Scratch Acid, Iggy Pop, Lead Belly, REM, David Bowie and Benjamin Gibbard.
